Who we are
This website is operated by Biska Inc, 1141 N Swift Rd, Addison, IL 60101. You can reach us at info@biskainc.com or +1 (312) 584-0011.
Information we collect
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no online payments. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us — for example when you call us, email us, request a quote or ask about a driving position. That can include your name, company, phone number, email address, and the details of your shipment or your driving experience.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Those providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to answer your request, provide our transportation services, consider you for a position, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, when it is needed to move your freight, or when the law requires it.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@biskainc.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
